Patrick Gemmell

Patrick Gemmell joined Capital One in May 1999 and currently leads a diverse segment of Card Operations, including Marketing Operations, Loyalty Operations and Customer Fulfillment. Patrick is the Accountable Executive for a numerous strategic supplier relationships, leads Card’s Third Party Management Council and is a significant contributor to the development of U.S. Card’s operations strategy. Prior to joining Capital One, Patrick worked for Deluxe Corporation for twelve years in various operational leadership roles, with responsibility for print operations, data processing, technology development and contact center operations.
Patrick is also the Board Chair for Homeward Virginia (Planning and coordinating organization for homeless services in the Greater Richmond area.) He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Millersville University of Pennsylvania and a Masters of Business Administration from Wake Forest University. Patrick is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt.
